Viser sa réussite provides participants with access to:

Job search assistance

Group workshops on various subjects related to integrating the job market

Psychosocial follow-ups

Support in obtaining a medical diagnosis

Volunteering experience

Follow-ups up to 26 weeks after obtaining a job
Admissibility:
-
Must be 16 to 35 years old
-
Live with a work limitation: with or without a diagnosis for physical or mental health issues or a learning disability

Difficulty integrating and maintaining a job

Do not have a severely limited capacity for employment

Legally able to work in Canada
The approach is dynamic and participative. It allows participants, during the employment preparatory phase of 8 weeks, to learn more about themselves as individuals and as professionals. In addition, the participants will have the opportunity to put into practice what they’ve learned and develop their professional skills through volunteering projects. The participants then integrate the job market all the while receiving consistent support from their counsellors.
